What DPL is
The Dubai property market produces more data than most investors know what to do with. Thousands of transactions a month, hundreds of communities, off-plan and ready sales running in parallel, developer launches every week. The result is noise. Most platforms make it worse — more dashboards, more filters, less clarity.
DPL exists to fix that. We take the complete DLD transaction record, classify every deal against a consistent framework, and surface the patterns that actually matter: which communities are moving, where prices are going, which projects are delivering, and where the risk is. The goal is always the same — give you enough information to make a confident decision, then get out of your way.
What makes DPL different
No sales agenda. DPL is an intelligence platform, not a listing portal. We don't earn commission. We don't push specific projects. Every analysis is produced to inform, not to sell.
Data-first, not narrative-first. Most real estate content starts with a conclusion and works backwards. DPL starts with the data and reports what it says — even when it's inconvenient.
The full transaction picture. We distinguish between off-plan and ready, between primary and secondary markets. Combining them without labelling is one of the most common ways Dubai property data misleads. We never do that.
Handover intelligence. We track developer delivery timelines through a tiered system — P1 (first recorded transaction), P2a/P2b (near handover, high confidence), and P3 (uncertain). No other platform exposes this in a structured, searchable way.
